Sina investment management Co. renamed in 1382 from Dashte Laleh of Sharekord and its official activity started in 1383 with activity in the capital markets and the Companies Registration Office and industrial property of Tehran has been registered under No. 21198. This company in 1388 based on the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting dated 30.03.1388 to Sina financial and investment holding company was renamed and at now this holding is one of the subsidiaries of Islamic revolution mostazafan foundation. The company in 1393 as financial entity in the Tehran Stock Exchange accepted And articles of association of the company during the extraordinary general meeting dated 09.03.1393 has been changed.
